The process moved through several rounds communicated by email, and eventually there were four interviews total before the offer came through.

The overall feel was pretty straightforward, and there was a standard salary negotiation at the end.

One part that stood out was that they included a presentation. I remember that being framed as a real opportunity rather than something thrown in awkwardly.

I got the offer and didn’t mention any gap between talks and the decision once things were complete. My honest takeaway was that even with multiple steps and a negotiation, it felt orderly—and the presentation gave the process a bit more substance than a purely interview-based loop.
