The interview process felt unorganized and rushed, which made it hard to get solid feedback.

I felt like I was a strong match for the role—at one point I was told I seemed like a perfect fit.

But after that, I never heard back. That gap between “you seem like a great fit” and no response was what stuck with me the most.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the overall difficulty was average. My reflection was that the interviews themselves didn’t seem complicated, but the lack of follow-through made the process feel unreliable.
