I got reached out through LinkedIn and liked the position enough to move forward.

The interview journey ended up being four interviews: three by phone and one onsite. Everything felt like it was going smoothly, and I genuinely thought the momentum was in my favor.

After the paperwork, their in-house recruiter emailed me saying they’d have an offer to me by the end of the next day. That expectation made the whole process feel close to done—then it just… stopped. I never heard back again, and the silence left me feeling the process had turned unprofessional and wasteful.
