My process stretched out for a long time—weeks and more than a month to even hear anything back.

It wasn’t just slow scheduling; it felt like there was a drawn-out sequence with little momentum.

I went through two phone interviews and then two in-person interviews, and that whole set unfolded over weeks rather than moving in a tight chain. The end result still didn’t lead to an offer.

Difficulty was difficult, mainly because the waiting made everything drag. My honest takeaway was that the multiple steps could’ve been tolerable, but the extended timeline created fatigue and uncertainty.
