The questions themselves were pretty easy, and I cleared all three rounds.

The process then shifted into a compensation-focused conversation where they asked about my package and even tried to negotiate around notice period.

After that, I ended up getting put on hold, and HR never followed up again. Even though I felt like the early rounds went smoothly, the lack of communication afterward made the whole thing feel like a time waste.

What stuck with me most was that they seemed to care about the notice period and package details, but they waited until later to bring it fully into focus, then disappeared after the discussion.
