My first touchpoint was split across organizations: the initial interview happened with a third-party team to confirm I fit the role.

If that check worked out, I was pushed forward to the hiring manager.

What stood out was how clearly they framed the next step—there wasn’t a complicated chain of multiple technical stages described to me at that point. They also mentioned relocation support, including an allowance that could be substantial.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the early process itself felt straightforward and fairly structured. The main surprise was how much the process emphasized gating through a third-party screen rather than an in-depth first technical conversation.
