Raymond James Financial Corporate Finance Analyst interview experience

The whole thing felt simple and efficient, with no complicated multi-stage funnel.

The decision moved quickly after the conversation. I didn’t need to go through rounds of repeated technical screens, and the interview didn’t feel like it was designed to drag.

I accepted, and the process left me with the impression that the role and the expectations matched what was discussed during that one director conversation. My reflection was that when things are aligned, the uncertainty period can be surprisingly short.
