Randstad US Account Executive interview experience

I had multiple rounds that included a phone screen and several interviews, including an in-person working session. The recruiter and leadership told me the last step was basically a formality and implied an offer was very close.

The harder part was that there was a lot of emphasis on an immediate local need, and I was led to believe I was the right fit based on that urgency. I kept showing up, doing the work of the interviews, and staying engaged because the signals I got suggested I was progressing toward a decision.

Instead, I learned I wasn’t being considered in the way I’d been told.
