I got a short call where they mainly wanted to understand what I was interested in and discuss my background.

It was quick—about ten minutes—and after that they sent me a Word document to fill in with more detailed information about the projects I’d worked on.

I submitted what they asked and participated only in that first interview stage. Even though the call felt positive and I talked through the projects I had done, I wasn’t invited to a technical round, and I never heard back after that. The process ended there without the usual next step.

It was easy in the sense that it didn’t involve hard technical grilling, but it was also kind of disappointing because there was no closure or continuation.
