My process was phone screen to live coding, then a team meeting.

The phone screen was straightforward: I talked through a technical concept. The live coding round asked me to implement a Google Calendar clone with a small set of features.

The team meeting afterward was also described as straightforward. Overall it felt like a practical sequence that moved from explanation to implementation to a broader conversation. Still, it ended in rejection, with no offer from what I experienced.
