Ramp Software Engineer interview experience

I completed all the problems and all test cases passed. The part that stuck with me was how silent everything went after that—there was no follow-up or communication.

I waited briefly, then ended up finding a recruiter contact on my own and emailing them, just to understand what was happening. Two days later I received a generic rejection email with no helpful context. I was genuinely disappointed, mainly because the process made the assessment feel like a time sink without any real human feedback.
