Ramp Software Engineer interview experience

I treated both like timed coding tests, completed them within the window, and scored 600/600 on each. A few days later, I was denied from both jobs.

What stuck with me was how disconnected it felt from the OA results. I was left with the sense that the assessments weren’t actually being used as a meaningful checkpoint, since I didn’t even get the chance for a quick phone screen afterward. The process felt wasteful for something I’d already fully completed.
