Early on, the application required a multi-step code challenge just to submit.

After putting in that time, I received an immediate generic rejection within one business day—no real explanation and no indication they had even reviewed my CV details beyond the surface.

What felt especially disrespectful to me was the idea that I had to sink effort into the code work before being screened. The whole timeline was fast in a way that didn’t feel fair: quick to dismiss, slow to justify. I didn’t get an offer, and I didn’t feel like the process actually engaged with my profile.
