Ramp Software Engineer interview experience

I remember thinking a lot about credibility and fairness, so I selected the proctored option. The entire interaction felt very fast overall—one reported timeline even described the process as taking just about a day.

Even after finishing the assessment path, I didn’t end up moving forward. I received a rejection, which was disappointing because the proctored decision was made to avoid any doubt about integrity. What lingered for me was how quickly the process moved from “complete the work” to “we’re done,” without a lot of additional context.
