The process felt smooth and, compared to what I’d experienced elsewhere, pretty chill.

HR was responsive, and the rounds themselves didn’t feel overly formal. The main contrast was how fast things moved—rather than dragging, I could hear back within about a week for each round.

Difficulty-wise, it didn’t come off as impossible, and HR coordination didn’t create friction. Still, I ended up getting rejected. Even though the timeline was efficient and the format was comfortable, the final result was a no.
