Ramboll Frontend Engineer interview experience

• In-person/office screen — I had an initial hour-long conversation about the company, the position, and my experience.
• Coding task (follow-up step) — After the first interview, I received a coding assignment with a strict deadline that conflicted with my holiday.
• Scheduling adjustment — I reminded them about my travel and agreed to complete it right after returning, followed by an interview early afternoon.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer in the notes, but the takeaway was that timelines can be rigid—communicating early about constraints helps.
