My process started with a coding-focused test on a platform (I did MCQs plus a coding problem), and once that cleared I moved into Zoom interviews.

The first part was essentially about fundamentals and practical coding: data structures, Java, Spring Boot, and how microservice architecture fits together, plus the kind of system design thinking that lets you reason through tradeoffs. After that, it was more live conversation and problem-solving.
