My first interview started with a recruiter screen where I introduced myself and discussed my professional experience.

The focus was on English communication, cultural fit, and my overall background.

The second stage felt unclear and oddly low-energy. The questions were vague and general, and I often felt like I was talking to myself rather than having a two-way exchange. The lack of engagement from the interviewer made the session feel monotonous, and it threw me off more than any technical difficulty would have.

In the end, I didn’t get an offer. My honest reflection is that I could handle the content, but the interview flow itself made it harder to present my best clearly.
