My last step was a superday-style setup, and it landed heavily on behavioral questions with a senior manager.

The conversation covered school and internship history, expectations, and hypothetical situations. The senior manager was friendly and easy to talk to, and the vibe felt genuinely positive rather than combative.

The difficulty was average, and because this was the final round, it felt like everything prior had been leading into this fit-focused discussion. I didn’t end up with an offer, but I remember leaving the behavioral round with the sense that I’d been treated well and spoken to like a real person, not just a checklist.
