I moved through a sequence that started quickly after I applied.

I heard back from HR and got scheduled within about two days, and the interviews were split into two technical rounds followed by an HR conversation. The atmosphere felt fairly normal and time-bound.

Even though I didn’t reach an offer, the overall pace was clear and organized enough that I wasn’t left guessing what stage I was on. The experience mostly ended with a no, and afterward it was hard to ignore the sense that preferences in the hiring pool played a role in the decision.
