San Francisco, CAPosted Nov 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview loop felt hands-on and grounded in real work.

I had a recruiter connection first, and then I moved through phone and onsite stages where the questions were challenging but designed to let me actually show my engineering ability. At the onsite, the coding didn’t involve whiteboard-style algorithms; instead, I worked on larger project-like tasks while interviewers observed how much I could get done in the time.

Across the technical parts, I kept noticing the same theme: they gave scaffolding so I wouldn’t lose time setting up environments, and the questions were close enough to practical problems that it felt like an engineering exercise.
