I applied online and then got an email to pick an in-person interview time a few days later.

When I arrived, the interviewer went through the kind of questions meant to confirm I’d fit the culture—customer service and a strong work ethic came up right away, along with an emphasis on QT’s values. The conversation felt short, and I didn’t get the sense they were trying to trick me so much as see if I could stay grounded, show reliability, and talk like someone who would take the role seriously.

After the interview, I filled out background-check paperwork and went straight into next steps. I was also sent for a drug test immediately, and the whole flow moved quickly after that point.
