Quest Global Software Engineer interview experience

In just about 30 minutes, a panel asked a lot of questions, and the focus was more on how I handled situations than on memorized textbook definitions.

The difficulty was average for me, and the panel’s approach made it feel practical—less about regurgitating theory and more about understanding judgment and decision-making.

I didn’t get an offer, but I left thinking the interview measured something broader than pure content knowledge, which was the main reason the short session felt meaningful.
