After my resume got shortlisted, I ended up with an online discussion that was pretty much a detailed talk through my CV and the projects I’d listed.

The whole feel was relaxed—panelists came across as humble and helpful—and the questions stayed anchored to what I’d already written. There wasn’t a separate “surprise” topic dump; it was more about walking through my background.

A short time later, the technical follow-up happened as another online discussion. After that, the process wrapped up quickly on a call, and salary negotiation was handled with HR only after the interviews were over. Overall it felt fast and smooth from my side, with the recruiter steps moving at a good pace and the conversations staying resume-driven.
