Boston, MAPosted Mar 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience was honestly the worst interview process I went through.

Shortly after applying, I got an email to complete a HackerRank coding quiz, and the quiz itself was simple. A week later a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview, and when I waited at the agreed time, no one called. I emailed to ask what happened, and the recruiter responded by setting up another phone interview.

On the second phone interview, I got a more typical screening: it focused on my resume, me as a candidate, and what I knew about the company. Then everything stalled. For two weeks I heard nothing, so I reached out again, and that led to an onsite interview invitation.
