For the BA role, I ran into a lot more aptitude-style questions and logic puzzles than I expected to see as the core of the technical evaluation.

The interview flow also included the standard “tell me about yourself,” plus discussion around my projects and the roles I’d volunteered for.

A final thread in the conversation was reallocation—whether I’d be okay with switching assignments depending on what they needed. The whole thing felt difficult mostly because the questions demanded quick reasoning and didn’t let me rely only on my resume narrative. I didn’t get selected, and the pressure of the aptitude and puzzle-heavy format stayed with me.
