Quantiphi Business Analyst interview experience

What really stuck with me was the sense that skills didn’t meaningfully determine who moved forward—half the people who got selected didn’t seem to have skills that matched what their resumes suggested.

The difficulty was rated very easy from my side, but that rating didn’t reflect a smooth or reassuring process. It reflected that the interviews themselves didn’t feel like a rigorous skills filter, which left me doubting the fairness of the evaluation.
