My hiring process ran through an online platform where roles were allocated vaguely from a pool of available options.

That uncertainty set the tone a bit, and then I had a group discussion where the setup on Google Meet felt poorly organized. The assessment portion felt ambiguous, which made it harder to stay focused.

After that, I moved into a 1:1 interview with a senior business analyst. The conversation was more direct and personalized than the group discussion, and it felt like a real attempt to talk through my background for the role. Overall the difficulty was average for me, and while the individual interview felt clearer, the earlier ambiguity in how the round was run stuck out.
