I interviewed for Software Engineer through several rounds of technical and manager-focused evaluation; the experience varied in structure but felt average-to-tough, with delays and limited feedback.

Telephonic screening — A phone round followed by a larger set of interviews; I was warned the managerial rounds carried extra pressure.
Technical round 1 (problem solving / system design) — One interview emphasized problem solving with some system design aspects.
Technical round 2 (Java-heavy) — A separate round focused mainly on Java topics.
Techno-managerial round — A final round combined technical evaluation with managerial discussion.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the key takeaway was that after clearing technical parts, feedback could still disappear.
