My process took longer than most of the others I’ve heard about.

First there was an HR round, and then I had a written test focused on SQL proficiency and knowledge of testing tools. After that, there was an interview with a team lead and then a manager.

Altogether, it took about three weeks from the time I applied to the time the process wrapped up. The SQL and testing tools portion made it feel difficult compared with a pure conceptual interview.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. What I remember most was the time commitment—three weeks is a long stretch, and it made the process feel heavier than a quick campus-style flow.
