Qinetiq Systems Engineer interview experience

There wasn’t really a formal interview process—more of a quick discussion than a structured round. It ended up feeling almost administrative rather than competitive.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the main thing I remember is how little time it took and how informal it was compared with the more typical interview loops I’d heard about later.
