The process I went through felt structured on paper, but the day itself ended up feeling a bit disorganized.

I was invited to a group assessment at their offices, and when I arrived I was greeted along with a few other people and taken into a room with just paper and stationery.

They had us build the tallest freestanding tower possible out of paper and then justify why we designed it the way we did. After that, I moved into a short one-on-one interview that was described as easy, and I also had to present what I knew about the PVH group based on a piece of paper. After my presentation, they shared some background about the company and told us when we’d hear back.
