My process started with HR and then quickly moved to a small Java mini-project.

I submitted my solution to the recruiter and then waited several days for feedback. What stood out was how long it took to get back to me and how the feedback landed—I felt the comments were vague and didn’t really make sense.

After that experience, I was left with a strongly negative impression of how the technical side was run. The whole thing felt poorly handled from the recruiter’s technical matching and assessment perspective, and it dragged down my confidence in the process more than the actual coding work did.
