Publicis Sapient QA Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

BengaluruPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was invited to interview, but the experience immediately felt unproductive.

They pushed for hands-on experience on API, and that focus ended up feeling poorly aligned and not well organized.

The whole setup left me with the impression that there wasn’t much value for the time I was spending. It wasn’t just “hard”—it felt directionless, like I wasn’t being evaluated in a thoughtful, structured way.

I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest reflection I took from it was how low the perceived coordination seemed compared to how much time the process consumed.
