Publicis Sapient Product Manager interview experience

I had pre-work that included a case study describing a business problem, and I had to propose a solution.

There were two product rounds and one HR round. In the first product interview, a senior product manager focused mostly on questions tied directly to the case. The second product round was with a director, and it still anchored on the case study, but also included more behavioral elements.

The difficulty felt difficult overall—the case demanded real thinking, and the interviews probed into how I structured my solution and responded to follow-ups, not just what I proposed.
