After a recruiter call, I was asked to complete a technical HackerRank question.

The question felt straightforward and didn’t take anything too advanced—more about checking that I could code and think clearly than trying to trick me. Overall, that first technical step matched the “easy” label I was given.

Later, I had a final behavioral interview that went deeper than just surface-level motivation. We focused on why I wanted to work with Publicis Sapient and what specifically drew me to the role and environment. It felt like they wanted to understand my intent and how I framed my experience, and the pace was comfortable compared to the technical portion.
