Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

My interviews centered strongly on JavaScript, and most of the questions were about interpreting JavaScript output—what a snippet would produce.

There was also a DOM-manipulation question that involved sorting DIV elements using CSS.

I also saw a bit of Angular included among the topics, which surprised me because the rest of the discussion stayed very “JS output” focused. The whole thing felt difficult overall, and while I enjoyed working through the JavaScript mechanics, the spread of topics and the DOM sorting piece were challenging. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and honestly the experience left me reflecting that strong JS knowledge helped, but it wasn’t enough by itself for the full set of expectations.
