Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

I started with an online assessment, then had a 45-minute behavioral round right after. The assessment itself was a typical LeetCode-style medium problem, the kind of question that tests basic algorithm thinking rather than esoteric tricks.

In the behavioral interview, the questions were what I’d expect in most software engineering interviews—things aimed at understanding my background, how I approach work, and how I think in a team setting. The overall difficulty felt manageable, and the interview style was pretty routine from an experience standpoint.
