Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

It started with a phone interview, then I had a technical interview, followed by a second technical interview. After all of that, there was a final phone call.

The main thing they seemed to watch for was how I explained my thinking. I wasn’t just expected to give an answer—I had to walk through my thought process clearly across the technical rounds. That made the experience feel more about reasoning and communication than about catching me on tricky edge cases.
