Publicis Sapient QA Automation Engineer interview experience

Negative

IndiaPosted Sep 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed at Publicis twice, and both times felt unpleasant because the interviewer came across as rude and overly confident in a way that didn’t match the role.

They asked questions that didn’t seem related to the technology or even mentioned in the job description. I reminded them that I hadn’t worked on that area and that it wasn’t part of my background or the JD, and I said it twice, but they kept going with the irrelevant topics anyway. The overall feeling was that it wasn’t a fair or relevant technical discussion, so I decided it wasn’t worth my time to continue with the company.
