Publicis Sapient QA Engineer interview experience

Overall the difficulty felt average, but the style stood out: the interviewers focused heavily on syntax rather than the reasoning or the logic behind what I was saying. I remember walking through my answers and feeling like the discussion kept circling back to how precisely I wrote things rather than how I’d approach testing or structure my thinking. The experience left me feeling that the evaluation was more about exactness in wording than about demonstrating a deeper grasp.
