Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

Positive

Bangalore RuralPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After a recruiter call, I went through what felt like a really smooth, clearly paced sequence: a phone screen, then a technical domain screen, followed by a project-based technical round, an HR round, and finally the offer and document submission steps.

The whole flow moved without much friction, and it didn’t drag on.

I was mostly looking to see how I’d think through real work rather than just recite theory, and that showed up in the project-based technical stage. I felt comfortable enough with the questions and was able to solve what I was asked, even though there wasn’t an end-to-end “win” for me—there was still a gap in one of the questions that ended up mattering for the decision. Overall, the process itself felt well-run and that kept the experience positive even though I didn’t get the offer.
