My first stage was a coding challenge where I worked in Java or Python.

After that, I joined a video call with a recruiter from the hiring side. They asked me to solve problems that were framed like real-world optimization scenarios, and the conversation also touched on the development life cycle.

The rest of the flow shifted into more personal questions. It felt like they were combining technical problem-solving with how I think about building and delivering software, then finishing with a more human side of the evaluation.
