Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

It was centered on programming problem solving, with questions involving Python and SQL. The interviewer had me write code during the session and work through a couple of problems rather than just talking theory.

The pace was moderate but it still felt like a real technical screen because I was actively producing solutions, not only explaining them. The experience overall felt fine—organized, and I could tell they were checking whether I could translate requirements into working code for both languages. I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview experience itself was straightforward.
