Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

MumbaiPosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through a reference and HR scheduled my interview pretty quickly.

The whole thing was virtual and felt smooth in terms of coordination, but the technical content itself was tough and the outcome wasn’t in my favor.

The questions felt difficult, and they pulled me toward practical topics—especially React testing library—along with React-related questions. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly it left me thinking that I hadn’t practiced the practical testing side enough compared to what they expected.
