Publicis Sapient Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Medium

Positive

New DelhiPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started with them going through my background and resume details pretty thoroughly, then moving into a DSA question that turned out to be easier than I expected.

They asked about arrays and the question was described as a LeetCode-medium style problem, but it still felt manageable compared to more intense DSA screens.

The overall vibe was positive, and the flow made sense for someone at an intermediate level—resume first, then a structured coding question. I didn’t get an offer, and I remember being in the middle of my internship at the time, which made the timing feel a bit unresolved.

Even so, the questions felt reasonable and not overly aggressive, and the experience didn’t leave me feeling blindsided.
