PTC Software Engineer interview experience

We were called at 10 in the morning, but the timing for who interviewed when varied a lot—some candidates didn’t get their interview until much later, even around 1:30.

That inconsistency affected the whole experience because it made it hard to settle and focus. It also felt like people weren’t even given an equal chance to be interviewed.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, and honestly the negative management overshadowed everything else about the technical evaluation. The overall feeling was that the scheduling and fairness didn’t match the expectations of a professional hiring process.
