My process for an easier-track set of rounds started with an easy coding interview.

After that, I met a CTO for a behavioral interview focused on motivation to join and bigger career changes—more about how I think and what drives me than about technical depth.

Next came a technical interview that focused only on simple SQL queries. The last part was system design, which was a shift back to architecture thinking.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the sequence was clear and fairly varied: light coding, behavioral with the CTO, SQL-only technical work, and then system design.
