My path was unusually quick and light on stress compared to what I’d heard about interviews elsewhere.

I applied online and then completed an on-demand video interview first. After that, I got contacted about a phone screen, and that call was described as easy.

The timing was fast: I received an offer two days later after the phone screen. The downside I remember was more logistical than technical—once an offer happened, it was hard to get Principal to extend it when things shifted on my side.

Overall it ended with an offer, and the main reflection I had afterward was that the process felt efficient, but the follow-through around extending offers wasn’t as flexible as I would’ve wanted.
