I had a very quick, personable experience where the focus was on pitching products, and the follow-up was framed as a business seminar.

Rapid pitch-style interview — They ran through how I’d pitch to customers; it felt fast and somewhat organized, though I wasn’t sure how structured everything was.
Second step as seminar — I was told about a second interview, but it was delivered in the form of a business seminar. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway was that the process moved quickly and seemed more like training/positioning than rigorous screening.
